Billie Anne PDF Pattern

This pattern is to make an Annie that is 17" tall and made from tea stained muslin wearing a dress and apron. Billie Anne is an easy pattern, even for beginners and her dress is super easy too! Billie Anne is meant mostly for decoration but can withstand light play if an older preschooler wants to have a tea party with her.
