The Don'ts

All Bit of Whimsy Dolls are copyright protected works of art with Bit of Whimsy Dolls, LLC as the sole copyright holder.

Under no circumstances are modifications, alterations, resizing, or derivative works permitted.

Representations (or your interpretation) of Bit of Whimsy Dolls designs are not permitted for use in any marketing material, avatars, banners for websites, printed material, business cards, etc. without express written consent from Bit of Whimsy Dolls, LLC.

Only the original purchaser of a Bit of Whimsy Dolls, LLC pattern are permitted to sell items made from the patterns in limited quantities in accordance with the stated Fair Terms of Use below.

The Do's

Fair Terms of Use:
If you sell at craft fairs, go ahead and make as many as you want, but you must note on your tags that it is made from a Bit of Whimsy Dolls pattern.

If you want to sell online, like on Etsy, eBay, ArtFire, your own website or any other online forum, you must give Bit of Whimsy Dolls credit for the pattern design as part of the item description.

You may only have up to five (5) total items made from any combination of my patterns listed at any given time. For example: not 5 Mae dolls and 5 Millie Monkeys but 2 Mae dolls and 3 Millie Monkeys.

No mass producing OR wholesale arrangements are allowed!
